What is the relationship of your ground floor level to surrounding grade?
I want it to be a wooden floor on grade level. There is no outdoor patio, or decks. The landscaping will be mainly pavers and some form of alternative to grass.
What are your exterior materials?
My screen will be timber wood and the wall will be stucco. I have attached a few images as to what inspired my screening. It is similar but there are changes in density between each wood piece.
Window and door openings: what, where, how (big)?
There are windows on two long sides, three where the entrance is and one in the back along the living room. The three in the front elevation are approx 8 feet high. One of the windows (inspired by minimalist Nordic houses) follows the outline of the side of the “box.” The living room window is a simple strip that starts near the sink. I’m thinking that the windows might be steel fram with glass or wood frame. The entrance door is a window slide that is 6 feet long, the bathroom door is 3 feet wide and is a wooden barn door and the bedroom door is 2 3/4 feet wide and is also a wooden barn door. I have made a gallery of windows which I looked at for inspiration and reference.
What is the feel of your interior? Are you using (exposed) structure as a design element?
The interior is going to be drywall with wooden floors and wooden furniture. I want it to feel hearty, and warm. With the white dry walls and the wood complimenting each other. I have also included some images which showcase the sort of aesthetic I aim for. I am thinking of having only the roof be exposed, as I find it to make the space seem a bit smaller especially since my walls are on the higher end (highest at 14ft, lowest at 8ft). I don’t want my rooms to feel beyond massive, as it might make the residents more uncomfortable.
How well do walls and other elements align? What is the slope of your roof?
My roofs are intersecting, so at the places of intersection I am going to use it as storage. My roof slope is Medium/High sloping. I want the roofs to look like thin planes sitting on top of the box. Similar to the precedent you had found for me, the 6 Roof House.
This is my wall section, I don’t know much about construction but it was an attempt after minimal research. For my Special drawing I am thinking of drawing details of the screen with the wall and glass. Or of making the special drawing related to my aggregation and the landscape planning since my current idea is strongly related to my concept. Sorry if my answers are brief, I can come back and add my draft and more to my answer.

Hi Harsha-
Materials and design intent are completely clear from your post. The Structure post will give you added information on drawing your foundation and wall framing but the materials in your stucco wall assembly are correct and complete. You can assume 1″ in thickness for the stucco assembly on top of the wall sheathing, and we can go into more detail as needed.
From your images for your roof I’m assuming regular dimensional lumber (not engineered lumber) and for checking your member sizes exposed roof framing is often done at 24″ on center spacing (or a wider spacing, more like beams) and wood planks are used for the roof sheathing instead of plywood.
For the detail drawing if you could get the glazing, screen, and roof into it that would be great. Maybe of interest structurally and related to your concept is also the area where the roofs overlap?
(Site concept drawing would also be great- but likely not cover the technical aspect of the “unique” drawing.
