The building consists of three curved towers that are connected through circular elevated paths. These elevated spaces allow for different levels of circulation as people can move under them to enter a main plaza in the building.
The building’s form is influenced by the river next to it and the movement of water.
This building consists of multiple blocks that overlap, shift, and intersect with one an other.
