In the Li-Ze SOHO project by Steven Holl, he introduces the user to this green space in the entrance. He also incorporates green space as you vertically transition throughout the building.
In the Campbell Sports Center project the concept was having points or destinations to arrive to then connecting these points with “lines” or circulation space.
The main concept for The Institute of Contemporary Art at VCU is forking time, creating a central space which divides into two separate spaces taking the user down two different time lines.
Steven Holl’s Shenzhen Tower proposal ties in four different towers with a connecting green circulation space. Similar to the High Line, in the sense that this green path weaves through these towers, but this project also incorporates and connects the buildings it is weaving around.
