Title: Population by age range.
Description: Pie chart is broken by range of ages like 20s, 30s, etc. and by % that respond to them. The highest % goes to age range of 20s that usually classifies as college students. This might be explained by the fact that our site is located closely to the University of Chicago and because of that we have a huge population of college students. The lowest % go to the elderly people and kids. Firstly, it is because of the students population around. Secondly, it is because our site is located in very commercial area where there is a lot of noise, movement and night-life. This kind off environment fits only young adults as kids and seniors need calm surrounding.
Significance to the overall story : The age data indicates what population we have around our site. It shows that Hyde Park is very dense with young, energetic and professional people.

Title: Density by zoning districts.
Description: The map is broken down by some districts that explains the area around our site. It shows zones like planned development that indicates tall buildings, campuses and other large developments; commercial zone — shopping centers, stores or business areas; residential — zones where people live; and parks and open spaces.
Significance to the overall story : It is significant to our story as our site is located in commercial and next to the planned development zones. It means that we have big density around the land as a lot of people go to amenities and big buildings mean that a huge amount of people occupy them.

Title: Building Heights.
Description: The map is a great addition to the zoning map. The range of stories was set to clear up the graphic. The map shows that Hyde Park has the highest amount of 3-4 stories buildings. It is because around our site there is a huge residential zone that set the high primary to 3-4 floors.
Significance to the overall story : Our site surrounding has mixed heights that provide high density and large movement.
