The story of Uptown that my group focused on was how the place hasn’t changes but the people have. We showed that the architecture and building uses have stayed pretty much the same since the neighborhood started. However, the neighborhood has gone through changes with its residences. Uptown has always been a populated night life neighborhood but now more 20-30 year olds are moving in.

This diagram is significant to our presentation because it shows that there are more people renting one bedrooms in Uptown. By this we can synthesis that there is more single, semi perminent residents in/moving to Uptown.

This map is significant to our presentation because it highlighted the commercial strip that is located on North Broadway. We found that significant because that commercial road, full of theaters, bars and restaurants is what makes Uptown a popular night life location. It also showed that there is a significant amount of residential communities in Uptown because more people can be close to amenities.
