This model was created using the protective layer from acrylic sheets. When peeled off, this material naturally curls up upon itself, and I placed the different rotations in different locations and slightly manipulated them to created slightly inclosed spaces around a central shared space.

For this model, I used varying heights of roofs using cocktail umbrellas that alternate between being inverted and not to create a roof that seems connected and through its form indicates a central gathering spaces at the tallest ceiling heights. Creating very low roofs that one would have to crawl under or could look at from above makes the person in this space interact with the roof and also implies for them to go towards the center.

This model uses three toy mazes assembled in the same way repeated three times and intersected to create a narrow passageway into a larger spaces created by two overlapping modules towards the front of the space, implying that this larger space is for sharing/gathering.
