Laminate: Two towers laminated onto “River Road” to act like a street and share public space with city.Intersect: Units are intersect into each other but still hold there original fabricated shape and interior.Mix: A courtyard and skyscraper are mixed together and there are multiple programs mixed into this courtscraper. Overlap: The floors are rotated to overlap balconies and create ideal views and solar orientation. Gather: There is a community inside a community created by having a clear story of office spaces gathering people to the common deck to socialize. Weave: The circulation weaves around the building connecting the public community areas with the units for residents. Bundle: Twelve circular structures bundled together. Blend: The dorm building was designed to blend into the shape of the hilled landscape. Bind: Building combines urban setting with aspects of nature. Merge: The walkways are merges together to create a shared entrance spaces between residents.
