Phase 0: Luke Henry

I was born and raised in Lawrence Indiana, a suburb of Indianapolis. I was exposed to architecture through a friend’s parent who is an architect, and through McMansion Hell, the blog of Kate Wagner, which gave me words to describe and understand the built environment of my childhood. It is harder to find time to fit many hobbies into my life anymore, but before college I was a runner, multi-instrumentalist, model railroader, outdoor-appreciator, and freelance automotive t-shirt designer (sort of). Since coming to architecture school, I have enjoyed riding CTA trains, wearing scarves, and sleeping well (which I ought not take for granted).
