My tiny houses focused on the layering system. The layers creates the living spaces inside of the houses. Those layers extend to the outside of the houses and create the balcony space or the blinds in front of the window. Main role of the layers is regulating the volume of the houses vertically in a horizontal layering system.
The aggregation of the site has two important matters in its design. First of all, the placement of the units with the private walkways to their entries creates the complete privacy for the residences. One of the two faced windows of two different units, is elevated to avoid looking into their neighbors houses. Second matter is creating community spaces covered with greenery for the connecting with the community of the complex. There are two different gathering spaces on the site; one of them is more private for the people who wants to be outside but still have privacy.
