SITE CIRCULATION + HOUSE CIRCULATION
  1. The Craven Road House has two building types: Cottage and Loft. With the Cottage being a height of 7.5 ft and the loft being height of 12 ft. I can us this to demonstrate my idea of gradation better in my unit from/design
  2. The Craven Road House was specifically designed for the client’s needs, this needs to be a major consideration for designing the floor plan as I might want it to be specific to the person inhabiting the unit.
  3. The Craven Road House has a simple circulation with bathroom being easily accessible to guests as well the resident
  4. The Craven Road House uses hidden closets in a very efficient manner and has lots of room for storage.
  5. There is efficiency in using windows to let in light to manipulate the feeling of compression, this can also be used to represent my concept of gradation.
