- The Craven Road House has two building types: Cottage and Loft. With the Cottage being a height of 7.5 ft and the loft being height of 12 ft. I can us this to demonstrate my idea of gradation better in my unit from/design
- The Craven Road House was specifically designed for the client’s needs, this needs to be a major consideration for designing the floor plan as I might want it to be specific to the person inhabiting the unit.
- The Craven Road House has a simple circulation with bathroom being easily accessible to guests as well the resident
- The Craven Road House uses hidden closets in a very efficient manner and has lots of room for storage.
- There is efficiency in using windows to let in light to manipulate the feeling of compression, this can also be used to represent my concept of gradation.
