In my neighborhood, Canal Street & West 33rd Street, the most prominent architecture I noticed was the infrastructure. The Sox Stadium Parking was facing a row of houses, and all along the street there were road signs. The street came to a halt at the bridge with the CTA tracks. This led me to look at how infrastructure informed us about directionality. In my collage I played with perspectives and created a visual path through the placements of the pictures. The use of the street signs helped me in adding directionality to my collage.
Transitioning into a 3D model from this collage I decided to focus on perspectives and how they meet. In my model, I use 4 perspectives taken from my collage and played with how they were placed in order to show the interaction of the perspectives. This showed an internal path within my model.
